Aaron Judge hit homerun #62 of the season last night in Arlington against the Rangers. The race was getting tight as the Yankees have only one more game left this season. Judge was only five homeruns back of hitting 62 three weeks ago. After many games of getting intentionally walked and flying out he was finally able to pass Babe Ruth (60) and Roger Maris (61). What an accomplishment for Aaron. All hail the Judge.

We had 7 ranked matches for college football this weekend. What a day it was for the state of Mississippi. Ole miss defeats Kentucky 22-19 and moves up to #9 in the rankings. Mississippi State defeats Texas A&M 42-24 Moves into the #23 spot.

The BIG 12 has three undefeated teams, but two of them face off this weekend. Now ranked #7 Oklahoma State beats Baylor 36-25. They face off with Texas Tech this week. Oklahoma State is a 9.5 point favorite. The surprising Kansas Jayhawks continue their streak and are 5-0. They will face TCU this weekend who exposed Brent Venables with a 55-24 win. Sonny Dykes had a lot of weight on his shoulders and he is proving why he should be a Power 5 coach. #19 Kansas will host gameday this weekend for the first time in program history. #17 TCU opened as -5.5 favorites but the number has gone up quickly to -7.

Clemson QB DJ Uiagalelei looked impressive in his performance against Wake forest last week. He followed that up with another flawless performance against NC State this weekend where he threw for 209 yards and ran for 73. He finished the day with 3 touchdowns. If he can keep up this standard of performance Clemson can get a shot at returning to the CFP this year.
