Final College Football Playoff Rankings
The stage is set for the top four teams in the country
Good morning,
Letโs dive inโฆ

Developing Stories ๐ฐ
Georgia, Michigan, TCU and Ohio state will play for the National Championship after being chosen for the College Football Playoff yesterday. #4 Ohio State will face #1 Georgia in the Chick-fil-A Peach bowl and #2 Michigan will face #3 TCU in the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl on December 31st. TCU held on to its No. 3 ranking after losing in overtime in the Big 12 Championship game to Kansas State. The Horned Frogs and Buckeyes are the fifth and sixth teams to make the College Football Playoff without winning a conference title.
Georgia (-6.5) is making its second straight playoff appearance and third overall. It has twice advanced out of the semifinals to the National Championship and is 1-1 in those games. Ohio State is by far the most experienced program in the field, making its fifth playoff appearance overall and third in the last four seasons. The Buckeyes won the initial CFP National Championship after the 2014 campaign but are just 1-3 in CFP games since.
Michigan (-8.5) and TCU are closely matched offensively, with TCU scoring 40.3 (sixth) points per game and Michigan averaging 40.1 (seventh). TCU will have a tough time competing versus a Michigan team that is only allowing 13.4 points per game (fourth). Sonny Dykes has exceeded all expectations in his first year in Fort Worth beating five ranked teams and a top offense led by Max Duggan.

Picks ๐

MNF
Saints at Buccaneers | UNDER 40.5:
These are two teams with very good defenses and lately, subpar offenses. Weโll get another defensive matchup between these teams who have quite some hatred for one another. The under is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings, including Week 2 in NOLA, and the under is 11-3 in the previous 14 meetings in Tampa. Expect another here.
