Conference Tournaments get started this week and things could get interesting as there are many teams on the bubble trying to make it to the Big Dance. The Big 12 has been a powerhouse this year with their average team ranking 27. Kansas is the favorite to win the title. The winner will earn a No.1 seed whether its Kansas, Baylor or Texas. West Virginia and Oklahoma State are both teams on the bubble and need to do well in this tournament to keep their hopes alive. Purdue sits at the top of the Big 10 with a 24-5 record and needs to secure the No.1 seed. Multiple Big Ten teams led by Indiana could be in line for a top four seed. Wisconsin, Michigan, and Penn State need to get deep in the conference tournament if they want to make it to the NCAA field. Alabama leads the SEC with a 25-4 record and will be going against some tough teams in the conference tournament to secure the No.1 seed. Texas A&M and Tennessee are trying to get in the 4-5 seed range. Kentucky has been on the rise and there are several bubble teams like Auburn and MS State that can’t fail in the conference tournament. In the Big East there are multiple teams that could win and its going to be an exciting tournament to watch. Marquette, Xavier, Creighton, Providence and UConn all have a shot. We also get the ACC, Pac-12, MWC, and Houston led American conference. They are sure to produce plenty of wonderful and hectic scenes to highlight the days leading up to Selection Sunday.
