Christian McCaffrey To The 49ers

Are the 49ers legit Super Bowl contenders with the addition of CMC?

Good morning,

Let’s dive in…

Developing Stories 📰

Panthers trade Christian McCaffrey to the 49ers in exchange for a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th round pick in next years draft and a 5th round pick in 2024’s draft. I am excited to see how CMC will work with the 49ers and Kyle Shanahan’s offense. I have high hopes for the combo.

We have another strong weekend in the NCAA;

  • #7 Ole Miss enters Death Valley as a 1.5 point underdog. They look to keep their undefeated record and SEC Championship hopes alive against a tough LSU opponent.

  • #14 Syracuse visits #5 Clemson who also sits undefeated. Clemson is a 13.5 point favorite. Vegas is expecting Clemson to be 8-0 by next week.

  • #9 UCLA will travel to #10 Oregon to try to win and cover as 6.5 point road dogs. Doing so will move the Bruins to 7-0 and one game closer to a chance at the CFP.

  • #6 Alabama looks to bounce back after their first loss of the season. They will host #24 Mississippi St who come in as 21 point underdogs.

  • #8 TCU will host a tough #17 KSU opponent this weekend. Kyle Duggan and the Horn Frogs are fighting to move to 7-0 and keep the lead in the BIG 12.

Weekend Picks 🔒

🏈 TEXAS -6

  • Texas comes into this matchup 5-2. Nothing special, but one of those loses was by one point to Alabama (also Ewers got hurt this game when he was destroying the Bama defense) and they somehow lost to Texas Tech although they outgained them in yards. Texas is a solid team who is top ten in yards per play allowed and gained. They average 6.9 ypp and allow 4.8 ypp. OKST on the other hand allows on average 5.9 ypp and only gains 5.7 ypp. I believe Texas will control this game all the way through. -6 should be very easy to cover for the Longhorns.

🏈 TB vs CAR UNDER 39.5

  • Carolina just shipped off the best thing they had going for them. The Panthers are officially a dumpster fire. The QB situation is dreadful with the injuries and the QB choice in general. The Bucs do have the ability to be explosive but they also can just run the ball and slowly take the game away from the Panthers. I don’t expect the Panthers to score more than 10 points against a solid Bucs defense. I’m taking the under.
