Tom Brady has announced his retirement “for good” from football, ending a 23-year NFL career in which Brady won seven Super Bowls and set multiple records. Brady announced his decision this morning via a self-recorded video on social media. Brady ends his career as the NFL leader in career passing yards and touchdown passes. He is the only NFL player win more than five super bowls and has been super bowl MVP five times as well. Brady can start his career as an analyst for Fox Sports, which he signed a 10-year $375 million contract. Brady was first known as an underrated draft pick in 2000. The Patriots drafted him 199th behind six other quarterbacks, three kickers and a punter. His second year in the league he took over as starter and the Patriots beat the Rams in Super bowl XXXVI. This was the spark that started the legendary career that lasted 22 more years. Brady and Bill Belichick are considered the best coach-quarterback duo in NFL history.
