The Penn State Nittany Lions are one of three Big Ten teams without a loss, along with #1 Oregon and #13 Indiana. They’ll face a solid Chargers defense this Sunday, but with Los Angeles’ average pass rush and below-average run defense, Cleveland may find room to exploit. The Browns' strong red zone performance could give them the edge, especially as the Chargers have struggled to convert red zone chances into touchdowns.

Bills -6 | The Bills have dominated the Dolphins lately, winning 9 of their last 10 matchups, with six wins by more than a touchdown. With the NFL's best turnover differential, Buffalo should find success against Miami's defense, which struggles to force turnovers and pressure the quarterback.
